Comments: I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house, which is located on a beautiful tree-lined block in residential Wrigley in Long Beach, and only a quarter-mile away from the 710 and 405 freeways and a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Long Beach. Utilities come out to about $70 per month, and that covers water, trash, electricity, FIOS internet, land line, and the security system. There is ample parking so you never have to be a prisoner in your own home because you don't want to lose your parking spot. There is also an extra hallway closet for your use. I am a 29 yr old professional female and my roomie is a 29-yr old professional male. (friends, not a couple) We are both pretty laid-back and friendly.
