The second tab on the Leave Balance page details:
CTO: compensatory time off balances accrued for eligible non-exempt employees who work overtime but instead of getting paid for that overtime, are allowed to accrue time that is used to supplement sick or vacation hours;
Excess balance hours for employees who work an alternate schedule that may cause them to work a total number of hours that are either over or under the required 176 hours each pay period.
Additional Day Off balance hours for employees who are scheduled to work on paid holidays and per collective bargaining agreement earn hours that are used to take an alternate day off.
To see history data (current year accrual plus 1 prior year), click on the History hyperlink next to the leave type you want to view. If you want to see all records on the same page, select "View All". Click "Return" to go back to the previous page.
