Dental
When you click on the Dental link you will see the plan name, plan provider and coverage level for your enrollment as of the date selected. You will also see the dependents covered, if any and their relationship to you. If you click on the dependent's name, you will be able to see the specific information we have for your dependent(s). If any of this data is incorrect, please contact the Employee Self Service Help Desk at hr-is@csulb.edu or call 985-7393 or Benefits Services at 985-8266.
