If you want to add emergency contacts, or make corrections to existing data, or change the relationship to employee selection, click on
and the following page will appear:

If you just want to view the data about the Contact Name, click on your Emergency Contact's name.
If you wish to add an Emergency Contact, select

You can only use the Change Primary Contact function when you already have multiple contacts listed.
If you want to delete an Emergency Contact, select the
button. You will need to have at least one contact designated as your primary contact before the system will allow you to delete data. If you attempt to delete a contact before doing that, you will be the following warning message:
