Using Personal Information
View Paycheck
When you select View Paycheck, the most recent past paycheck data will display. To view data for prior
pay periods, click on Paycheck Selection and paycheck data for l prior pay
periods will display. The earliest paycheck data available via Employee Self Service is the August 2003
pay period. Click on the one you wish to review.
If you receive overtime, shift differential or other types of pay in addition to your regular salary,
this will be issued as a separate paycheck but in the same pay period as your normal salary check.
The Paycheck data is posted in the Employee Self Service pages within 3 – 5 days of the regularly
scheduled payday at CSULB. The delay is due to the fact that the electronic feed from the
State Controller's Office is received on the same day that paychecks are normally distributed.

The top 3 boxes will display information about you, your job title, SSN, your department and your federal & state tax withholding data. Note that there may not be a complete history of your tax withholding data as we just began bringing this data into PeopleSoft HR from the State Controller's Office system.
Note
Location will always be CSULB. The Pay End Date is the last day of the pay period in which the pay transaction was processed. The Check Date is the date the paycheck was issued.
