Staff Handbook

The Staff Handbook is prepared by the Office of Staff Personnel Services to provide staff employees with a general summary of the University's personnel policies, benefits, resources, and services.

The information in this handbook is intended as a ready reference about the University, but it cannot anticipate every situation or answer every question about employment. If you have any questions about policies and procedures, please consult with your appropriate administrator, your division Administrative Services Manager, or the Office of Staff Personnel Services. The Administrative Guidelines site may also be helpful.

The personnel procedures and practices stated in this handbook are subject to change and, therefore, cannot be construed as a legal document. To maintain flexibility in the administration of personnel policies and procedures, the University reserves the right to revise or rescind any provisions of this handbook.

User suggestions for handbook topics are appreciated. Suggestions may be submitted in writing to the Office of Staff Personnel Services.
