Professional Development Grant Program Overview
Staff Human Resources is pleased to announce the renewal of the Professional Development Grant Program. The intent of this program is to provide financial support for staff employees who want to pursue job-related and/or skill-enhancing training opportunities. Matching grants of up to $750.00 are available.
Grants will be awarded for training opportunities such as University Extension certificate programs, seminars, conferences, and technical training. Applications for grants will be considered only if the training is relevant to the applicant's current job duties. The employee's department must agree to match the amount of the funds granted.

The committee will review the applications every three weeks, but applications may be submitted at any time. Committee decisions are final.
