Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account Informational Workshop

When: Septemeber 22, 2008

Location: Karl Anatol Conference Room

The health and dependent care reimbursement plans requires re-enrollment every year, even if an employee wishes to continue the same contribution amount. Current and new participants must complete a new enrollment form during Open Enrollment (September 15, 2008 - October 17, 2008).

A representative from our Claims Administrator, ASI will be available to answer your questions about HCRA/DCRA. You may also enroll/re-enroll in HCRA/DCRA for the 2009 tax year at this workshop.

Please feel free to bring your lunch and tell a friend!

There is no registration required to attend this workshop and it is open to faculty and staff only.

Note: ASI will not be in attendance at our Open Enrollment Fair this year on October 2, 2008. If you are unable to attend the workshop you may call them at (800)366-4827 or visit their website at www.asiflex.com
