As a result of implementation of new voluntary Benefit Programs, which will be effective May 1, 2011, CSU will no longer offer voluntary benefits through Sanders & Associates: Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Hospital Income Protection, Disability Insurance, Travel Assistance, and Cancer Medical Reimbursement. The final payroll deduction for Sanders & Associates plans will be deducted from the March 2011 pay period (April 2011 pay warrant), with coverage ending April 30, 2011. Participants will receive written notification from Sanders & Associates regarding the change. Additionally the CSU, Chancellor's Office will send a notice to participants with information about the new voluntary benefit plans, which will offer similar coverage.
