Mission

Benefits Services is committed to providing excellent customer service to the faculty and staff of the university. We work as a liaison between the campus community and our benefits vendors. We provide quality, user-friendly service while adhering to the professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Benefits Services does this by:

providing information regarding CSU medical, dental, and vision plans
providing information regarding CSU flexible spending accounts
providing information regarding CalPERS Retirement Program
providing information regarding Tax Shelter Annuities
providing assistance and counseling to employees regarding the benefit programs available to them
acting as a liaison between the employee and our benefits vendor
processing and maintaining CSU Health Benefits Enrollments for all eligible employees
