Human Resources Support Services excels in providing excellence in support to faculty and staff as well as the University community as a whole. We work in partnership with Staff Human Resources and Academic Personnel to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding employees' job data in our PeopleSoft HR database.

Employee Self-Services Help Desk
The Employee Self Service Help Desk can assist faculty and staff with navigation of the Employee Self Service pages on MyCSULB. We can also assist faculty and staff with resetting their MyCSULB password.
