Mission

Human Resources Support Services excels in providing excellence in support to faculty and staff as well as the University community as a whole. We work in partnership with Staff Human Resources and Academic Personnel to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding employees’ job data in our PeopleSoft HR database.

HRSS maintains the Employee Self Service Help Desk which directly assists individual employees with access to and navigation through MyCSULB where employees can review leave balances, pay warrants, and benefits information, in addition to viewing and updating personal information.
