Human Resources Technology Support Services

HR Technology Support Services is committed to outstanding technical support within Human Resources Management (HRM) and the broader CSULB community. Excellence in customer service is our core philosophy. We are dedicated to helping HRM streamline their processes, improve their effectiveness, and achieve their goals through the use of technology.

  • HRTSS offers desktop support, training, and project management services.
  • We are Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specialists and support a wide-range of end-user activities including development, business process reengineering, and training.
  • We coordinate with Common Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Services (ITS), and other departments for wider connectivity issues and address campus-wide technology programs.
