Developing Interview Questions

There are a variety of types of interview questions, including questions about work history and work style, motivation and knowledge, experience, and skills. In addition, there are behavioral questions and situational questions. Typically, the interview should last about an hour. Therefore, if you are asking open-ended questions, you need no more than 15 to 20 questions. Your interview questions should relate to the screening and selection criteria. Please refer to the Interview Guidelines when designing your interview questions.

We can work with you to assemble the most appropriate interview questions for identifying the most qualified candidate for your position. Please contact the Recruitment Manager for more information and an appointment.
