Staff Applause

This is a campus-wide program in which staff members are recognized by fellow employees, faculty, students, or members of the general public for efforts that go above and beyond the normal scope of their job duties. The nominees receive a Certificate of Appreciation signed by President Alexander and a special Staff Applause gift. The recipients are also honored by having their photo published in "Inside CSULB."

To nominate a staff member, simply send a memo or email note to Thomas Angell, Director of Staff Human Resources, stating the name of the individual and your reasons for nominating him or her for Staff Applause. A copy of your letter of nomination will also be sent to the Staff Applause recipient.
