Release Time

Time off requested by employees and union to permit union members to participate in union business.
There are different types of “release time”.  Some the CSU must grant and others may be denied.  The types include:

  1. "Meet and Confer" Sessions
  2. Board of Trustees Meetings
  3. Non-reimbursable Release Time
  4. Reimbursable Release Time
