Staff Employee Relations
Staff Employee Relations is housed within the Department of Staff Human Resources. We are responsible for the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreements for the various employee Unions on campus, and act as a resource for administrators, managers, supervisors, and employees to help resolve workplace disputes. We also handle the preparation and processing of formal and informal grievances and complaints, as well as notices of disciplinary action.
