Employee Relations Training

Staff Employee Relations is available to consult with management on a number of employee relations related topics, and attend to any training needs or opportunities that may exist. We can address topics such as Effective Discipline, Labor Relations, Addressing Absenteeism and Handling Grievances, as well as develop a training program to fit a department’s specific needs.
