Staff Human Resources provides skills-based training as well as personal and professional development opportunities for staff and managers. We design and administer in-house training certificate programs and design customized training to meet campus needs.

Shower yourself with education on Critical Thinking instead! Skillsoft courseware is available 24/7 and it’s more predictable than this year’s rain!

The goal of the book Think Smarter: Critical Thinking to Improve Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills is to answer the question "How exactly do we get better at problem solving, decision making, and creativity?" It provides 25 “tools” on how to think more critically.
