The Financial Management Division is a service organization. Its mission is to maintain the University's fiscal integrity through accurate record keeping and adherence to State, CSU, and University procedures; to provide financial reports and analysis as required; to safeguard the assets of the University; and to deliver fiscal information and support services in a courteous and efficient manner to faculty, staff, students, and visitors. In addition, the division provides financial management oversight of University auxiliary units, including the California State University, Long Beach Foundation and the Associated Students, Incorporated.
The University Controller's Office provides the following services to the campus community: Accounts Payable and Travel, Financial Reporting, General Accounting and Self Support Operations and Financial Management Information Systems.
The Bursar's Office provides student services in the areas of: Cashiers, Federal Trust Office, Disbursements, Perkins Loan Collections, and Student Accounts Services.
Procurement and Support Services provides the following cost effective and efficient services: Purchasing, Materials Management, Shipping/Receiving, University Print Shop, Dept. Copier Program and Mail Services.
The CSULB foundation is a nonprofit corporation that exists solely to support and advance the mission of California State University Long Beach. They administer Grants & Contracts, Endowments, Special Programs and Gift Processing
