Perkins Loan Department
We are proud to provide services to the University faculty, students and staff. The Federal Perkins Loan Program offers long-term, low interest loans to qualifying students. Repayment of the loan begins twelve (12) months after you cease to be enrolled at least half-time. To qualify for a Perkins Loan, you must attend a pre-loan workshop before the funds can be disbursed. If you have already received Perkins funds and are dropping below half-time units, you must complete an exit interview. For more information regarding the pre-loan and/or exit workshops, contact the Bursar's Office at the address below.
