Chargeback Operations provide goods and services to campus units for reasons of cost advantage, convenience, conservation or cost accounting. Chargeback operations are set up in a stand alone, self-supporting mode. Revenue and expenditures are accounted for in self-balancing accounts.
The Chargeback Operations are managed by Procurement and Support Services. The Chargeback Financial Operations provides financial and accounting services to these Chargeback organizations, which includes processing and recording Chargeback transactions to the University's financial systems.
