Procurement and Support Services, under the direction of Procurement and Support Services Officer Charles W. Hughes, provide the campus community with cost-effective and efficient services. Purchasing, Materials Management, The University Print Shop, and the Departmental Copier Program provide these services in a timely, consistent, and courteous manner.

Mail Services handles all incoming and outgoing mail for the campus community. The U.S. Postal Service also offers pickup and delivery to our campus on a daily basis. Mail Services manages the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail to the campus community through its services which include: U.S. mail, express mail and FAX services. Mail Services meets all U.S. postal requirements for security and auditing purposes.
Provides purchasing consultation, printing, copying, and publishing services and produce printed products ranging from business cards, stationary, and carbonless forms, to journals, newsletters, copying services, multicolor brochures & quotes.
Manages and operates the University Copier Program that provides self-serve copy machines, service and supplies to university staff and faculty.
