Electronic Copy Monitor (ECM) Instructions

To View/Print “Grand Total” Meter Count List from the Copier

  1. Press “Menu” (home button)
  2. Press “Counter” button at top left side of the display screen
  3. “Meter Count” on left top side of display screen
  4. Total Meter Count will be displayed
  5. To print, select “Print list” in lower left side of display screen
  6. When finished select “Cancel”
  7. Continue selecting “Close” to return to main screen

To Print Out Individual Password Accounts Detail from the Copier

  1. Press “Menu” (home button)
  2. Press “Utility” button
  3. #3: Administrator Settings
  4. Enter 8-digit master code and select “o.k.”
  5. #4: User Authentication/Account Track
  6. #5: Print Counter List (Can select 2-sided)
  7. “Start” to print (takes several seconds to begin printing)
  8. When finished select “Cancel”
  9. Continue selecting “Close” to return to main screen

To Reset Copy-Counts Back to Zero from the Copier

Note: Only perform this function immediately after you have printed out the password account detail; once you erase these numbers there is no way to retrieve them!

  1. Press “Menu” (home button)
  2. Press “Utility” button
  3. #3” Administrator Settings
  4. Enter the 8-digit master code and select “o.k.”
  5. #4: User Authentication/Account Track
  6. #3: Account Track Settings
  7. #2: Account Track Counter
  8. “Reset All counters”
  9. When finished, continue selecting “Close” to return to main screen.

To Add/Change Password Data from the Copier

  1. Press “Menu” (home button)
  2. Press “Utility” button
  3. #3: Administrator Settings
  4. Enter the 8-digit master code and select “o.k.”
  5. #4: User Authentication/Account Track
  6. #3: Account Track Setting
  7. #1: Account Track Registration
  8. Select a blank account/box to enter new information or select one in use to edit information
  9. “Max. Allowance Set” to set account limits
  10. When finished, continue selecting “Close” to return to main screen.
