How to Copy Onto Transparencies

Get the instructions in a printable MS Word format or PDF format.

If required, enter a password to activate the copier. Position your originals face up on the document feeder or face down on the document glass. Open the bypass tray and place your transparencies into the tray as shown in the graphic.

After you place your transparencies into the bypass tray, the following screen should automatically show up and OHP should be selected. After verifying that OHP is selected, touch the Enter button. Press Start on the keypad to begin copying your transparencies.
