To Print Out a Counter List (Meter Reading)

  1. Select the ‘Utility Counter’ button to the right of the display screen. Select the ‘Details’ tab on the left side of display screen. Select the ‘Print’ tab on the left side of display screen. Select desired paper size (usually 8 ½ X 11) and press the ‘Start’ button to print out the report. It takes a few moments to print out, you will see the green data light flashing (located under the ‘Start’ button). (If you don’t have the selected paper size in the copier it won’t print.) When finished, continue selecting the ‘Close’ tab (on the lower right of the display screen) until you return to the main password entry screen.

To Print Out Password Accounts Detail

  1. Select the ‘Utility Counter’ button to the right of the display screen.
  2. Select #3 – ‘Administrator Setting’.
  3. Enter the 8-digit administrator password (it is easier to enter using the number keypad to the right of the display screen) and select ‘o.k.’.
  4. Select #4 – ‘User Authentication /Account Track.
  5. Select #5 – ‘Counter List’. Select the desired paper size (usually 8 ½ x 11) and press ‘Start’ to print out the report. It takes a few moments to print out; you will see the green data light, located under the ‘Start’ button, flashing. (If you don’t have the selected paper size in the copier it won’t print.)
  6. When finished, continue selecting the ‘Close’ tab (on the lower right of the display screen) to return to the main password entry screen.

To Reset Copy-Counts Back To Zero

Note: Only perform this function immediately after you have printed out the password account detail, as once you erase these numbers there is no way to get them back!

  1. Select the ‘Utility Counter’ button to the right of the display screen.
  2. Select #3 – ‘Administrator Setting’.
  3. Enter the 8-digit administrator password (it is easier to enter using the number keypad to the right of the display screen) and select ‘o.k.’.
  4. Select #4 – ‘User Authentication /Account Track.
  5. Select #3 – ‘Account Track Setting’.
  6. Select #2 – ‘Account Track Counter.
  7. Select ‘Reset All Counters” at the bottom left on the display screen.
  8. Select ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
  9. Continue selecting the ‘Close’ tab (on the lower right side of the display screen) to return to the main password entry screen.

To Add/Change Password Information

  1. Select the ‘Utility Counter’ button to the right of the display screen.
  2. Select #3 – ‘Administrator Setting’.
  3. Enter the 8-digit administrator password (it is easier to enter using the number keypad to the right of the display screen) and select ‘o.k.’.
  4. Select #4 – ‘User Authentication /Account Track.
  5. Select #3 – ‘Account Track Setting’.
  6. Select #1 – Acct. Track Registration. A series of numbered boxes will appear.
  7. Select an existing password account to bring up that account to make changes, or select an unassigned box to enter a new password account. When entering a new password you must enter it twice to confirm, and after each entry you must select ‘o.k.’ From this screen you may also select ‘Max. Allowance Set’ to set account limits.
  8. When finished continue selecting the ‘close’ tab to return to main screen.
