Mail Services

Mail Services is responsible for the efficient and accurate sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail to the campus community in coordination with Receiving. Mail Services includes USPS mail, express mail, UPS and fax services for University business purposes which meet all U.S. Postal Service security and audit requirements. Mail Services provides the best value on postage costs and the fastest service possible.

How to Save Money on Postage and Mailings

US Mail

  • USPS Postal Pricing
  • U.S. Zip Codes
  • U.S. Post Office pickup and delivery at
    8:00 a.m.and 2:15 p.m.daily.
  • Official U.S. Postal Office mailboxes located at Brotman Hall and the Upper Campus Loop. Pick-up at 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday. There is no pick-up on Sunday or Holidays.

UPS CampusShip

UPS CampusShip provides the campus community UPS services at a negotiated contract rate for CSULB. Contact Mail Services to obtain access to UPS CampusShip.
