In an ongoing effort to improve mail delivery, Mail Services will be randomly reviewing inter-departmental mailing addresses. Mail Services received the attach copy of the inter-departmental mail piece that has been improperly addressed. Your Original mail piece will be forwarded to the recipient, however, please refer to the example below which illustrates proper addressing for this mail piece. All inter-departmental mail should be addressed to departments only. Mail addressed to individuals, buildings and/or room numbers is subject to delay.
