Mail sent to individuals at a University address is considered University property. It is this University's policy to recycle mail that is delivered as "Presorted Standard" class, which is used for bulk advertising and marketing purposes. The exceptions to this practice are mail from a government or educational agency, or any literary publication deemed as reading material; such as magazines, journals and/or articles. Recipients of bulk advertising and/or marketing items who are interested in continuing receipt of these mailings should contact the sender and provide their home address for guaranteed delivery.
