Tax Specialist Services

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations concerning the University and its auxiliary organizations, including the filing of required tax returns and providing tax related research and problem resolution. Emphasis is placed in the following areas:

  • Nonresident alien taxation, which includes making payments to foreign employees, guest speakers, performers, or other vendors, and issuing scholarships to foreign students
  • Unrelated Business Income Taxation
  • Taxpayer Relief Act
  • Payroll, Benefits, and Employment Taxation
  • Sales and Use Taxes
