ITS Renovation Plans 2008
ITS Focused on Customer Service
ITS' goal is to minimize the service impact to our customers during the ITS renovation.
Beginning August 7th (Thursday), entry to Information Technology Services will return to being through BH-188 (corridor double-doors).
The following ITS staff have relocated to their permanent work locations near the BH-188 entry door to provide convenient customer service to the campus:
- Front Office
- Telecommunications
- Desktop Support
The Data Computer Operations offices have relocated to their permanent location (BH-180B & C) next to the BH-180 back-entry door. At this time, reports will continue to be picked-up at the ITS Data Center by entering ITS via the BH-180 double-doors.
During Phase II of the renovation, the following ITS staff will be relocated or remain in their current temporary work locations:
- CMS Project Office: BH-173
- Database Administrators: BH-188C
- System Operations: BH-189A and BH-189C
- Web Development Center: BH-173
