Have you ever searched for the phone number of a new employee, but can't find a listing?
Have you ever wanted a way to search through the hundreds of records without turning a page?
Have you ever given your directory to someone else or simply can't find your own copy?
If the answer to any of these questions is "YES," may we suggest that you create a shortcut to some of our new services for quick and easy access! Just follow either of these simple steps (for Internet Explorer 6 on Windows):
From Internet Explorer's File menu, click "Send" and then "Shortcut to Desktop".

Right click anywhere on the page and choose the "Create Shortcut" option.

Creating a shortcut helps you locate web pages faster because the shortcut appears on your desktop where it's always available.
We recommend you create a shortcut for the campus directory's lookup page.
Within the Campus Directory section, the Directory Table of Contents is another good choice. There you can find most of the directory's resources in web form. There are several other utilities that can be made into shortcuts on your desktop or added to your browser Favorites.
The directory's departmental and alphabetical sections are also available to the campus community for download as PDF documents. This format is best for printing a paper copy, but the online lookup is the most current.
