Information Technology Services provides faculty and staff email services, including personal and resource calendaring and contacts. The campus email and calendaring environment is currently moving to Microsoft Exchange 2010. Please check with your technical coordinator about your department’s migration date. To obtain the @csulb email service, you must be a current faculty or staff member. For student email service, visit BeachMail.

After migrating to the new email system, the following options for faculty and staff are available:
Until you are migrated to the @csulb email system, continue to access Lotus Notes using your desktop client, iNotes through the web at inotes.csulb.edu, and WebMail through the web at webmail.csulb.edu.
CSULB uses a variety of mechanisms to protect the campus and its employees from e-mail spam and viruses. In-coming and out-going campus e-mail is scanned for potential threats using security appliances.
There is no charge for staff and faculty State employees. There is a nominal fee of $2 for auxiliary employee accounts paid by the auxiliary department.
