Campus DHCP Service

The campus DHCP Service is how most devices such as PCs and Macs obtain an IP address to be able to communicate on the network. As a “Network Enabling Service”, this service is critical to the function of the network. Changes are not usually necessary for any reason.

Policy on Static Addresses

Network Services does not offer DHCP Reservations. Static IP addresses are assigned and managed by the local Information Technology Coordinators.
