(The process below will need to be completed for each new Lotus Notes user.)
The paperwork required for new Lotus Notes users include the following three (3) items:
To see an example showing which fields need to be filled in, open the sample Telecommunications Work Order form (PDF format) or the Lotus Notes Application form (also a PDF).
The Telecommunications Work Order is necessary since Telecommunications is now handling the monthly billing of Lotus Notes to each department. This was done to ensure that each department will be accurately charged only for those Lotus Notes users in their department. There will be no initial charge to set up new Lotus Notes accounts.
The signed paperwork should be sent by interoffice mail or faxed to Denise Burns in Telecommunications/BH-188. If you have any questions about the Telecom Work Order, please contact Denise Burns at x51566.
Once the account(s) are created, they will be sent to the designated technical contact in the college/department to install on the PC.
