ITS Renovation Plans 2008

ITS Temporary Entry and Work Locations

ITS' goal is to minimize the service impact to our customers during the ITS renovation.

Beginning April 25 (Friday), entry to Information Technology Services will be via BH-180 (ITS southwest entry double-doors) rather than through BH-188 (single and double corridor doors) during the ITS renovation (now - August).

ITS staff have temporarily relocated to the following work locations:

  • Front Office: BH-180 (Hallway and Main Cubicle Area)
  • Administrative Computing: BH-180 (Main Cubicle Area)
  • CMS Project Office: BH-173
  • Desktop Support: LA3 Room 103
    • Phone support unchanged: ext 5-8344
    • Access Applications and Forms: Deliver to BH-180 or LA3-103 for processing
    • Walk-in support (i.e., hardware support): LA3-103

    Many walk-in service requests will still be performed in BH-180. ITS is trying to avoid having customers walk to LA3 for assistance to the greatest extent possible.

  • Web Development Center: BH-173

Starting May 5 (Monday), reports can be picked-up at the ITS Data Center by entering ITS via BH-180 and calling the Computer Room. A phone has been installed adjacent to the Computer Room door with a contact list for your convenience. Please note that BH-186A (the ITS corridor door with cipher lock) will be disabled due to the ITS renovation on May 5.
