Office 365 Degradation

Office 365 Access Degradation

Office 365 services, including email, is experiencing a service degradation from campus networks. Office 365 services work without issue for devices connected to off-campus network providers, including cell services. The CSU internet provider, Cenic, has indicated the error to be with Microsoft. This degradation impacts multiple campuses. Microsoft has been alerted of the issue.

UPDATE (9:52 AM):  Microsoft Office 365 services are currently being restored for CSULB and sister campuses.  Customers may need to relaunch their applications to connect.
