BeachID Degradation

BeachID limited funcationality

The BeachID portal renders an error message when you attempt to use the available options (Activate Account, Reset Password, Change Password, Lookup Email Address). The error message reads: “An unexpected error has occurred on our website.” The issue is being investigated.

UPDATE:  Services have been restored.

Remote Networking / VPN Outage

VPN service unavailable

VPN services via the AnyConnect client are unavailable.  Browsing to vpn.csulb.edu results in “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.”

Virtual Server Environment degradation affecting the availability of such services as the BeachID self-service portal (beachid.csulb.edu/) and the ITKB.  The issue is being addressed.
