Telecommunications Mission Statement
We are an industrious, cohesive and resourceful team supporting the University, and campus residents with a variety of highly reliable and innovative telecommunication services.
We provide installation and maintenance of voice and data communication services, and many technological solutions such as call processing, voice mail, and IVR applications. Telecommunications also provides operational planning and project management related to voice and data connectivity. We constantly strive to enhance our services in order to strengthen system functionality and provide an effective platform for systems integration and automation. We provide leadership, guidance, and support in establishing highly reliable technology to all users at CSULB and remote sites.
