Blackberry Units

Wireless communication advances dramatically with each passing year. Telecommunications now supports Blackberry service to Lotus Notes users, which offers email, personal address book, and many other features. A Blackberry can also act as a mobile or cellular phone, which helps decrease the number of devices you have to carry around. It will automatically synchronize with your Lotus Notes account, and it will give you advantages in communicating with others more expediently. Whatever amount the carrier charges the University for monthly service and phone calls, the amount is billed to the user without being altered. Blackberries are associated with your campus extension for billing, and can be requested through a work order just like a request for a campus telephone. Telecommunications completes requests for Blackberries when they are intended for business use.
