Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center is the "hub" of Facilities Management. All requests for routine, non-routine and emergency services are coordinated through this office. The Customer Service staff also processes all service order requests from inception to completion including all chargeback invoices and transfer of funds.

The Customer Service Center can answer all your questions on the status of service orders, chargeback services and provide general information about Facilities Management.

To reach the Customer Service Center with your request or question, call extension 5-4357 (5-HELP). Customer Service Center hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For emergency after hours service, contact the Public Safety department between he hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday at extension 5-4101. Public Safety will notify the personnel appropriate for the emergency situation.
