Availability of Resources

Requests submitted within 5 working days of the event are subject to service charges and the risk of resources being unavailable.

Loss or Damage

Replacement fees for lost or damaged items will be invoiced to the customer at the current cost.

Delivery Charges

Additional charges may apply for customer requests after hours or for weekend deliveries or pick-ups.

Canopy Charges

If the event is under a week in length, the flat rental charge will apply. If the event exceeds a week in length, an additional $75.00 rental charge will apply for each additional week.

Golf Carts

Limited Availability
Campus approved drivers only (defensive driving certificate must be presented)
$25 each day, per day
Delivery charge - $10
Pick-up charge - $10
Cart must be dropped off by the end of the day. If the Auto Shop is closed, please drop off the cart at the Auto Shop and place keys into the Loaner Key Drop Box.
A minimum of 24 hours notification required for cart rental requests.
