Services

Facilities Management provides a planned program of grounds and landscape care that includes complete turf maintenance; care of shrubs, plantings, and trees; road and walkway cleaning and maintenance, as well as irrigation system installation and maintenance, landscape pest control, green waste recycling, and trash collection and disposal.  Landscaping and Grounds out-sources large tree-trimming, vertebrate control, and termite extermination and occasional emergency work involving tree removal and replacement.

Additional services include:

• Landscape design and consultation
• Special event setup with approval through the appropriate channels
• Event restoration
• Review and assist with construction projects, including plan review and site walk inspections
