Facilities Management Mission

Facilities Management (FM) is dedicated to keeping the campus attractive and conducive to student learning, faculty research, teaching, and staff activities.  Our mission is to provide quality customer service to the CSULB community via routine maintenance of the physical facilities and grounds.

Facilities Management is comprised of seven departments and approximately 160 employees who service all campus buildings and grounds with the exception of the University Student Union, Student Housing, Parking, the 49er Shops (Bookstore, Cafeteria) and the Foundation facilities.
