Scheduling Reservations

Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. The Special Events staff is eager to assist in the coordination of your conference needs. We are committed to doing what we can to ensure that you achieve your goals while on our campus.

Pricing

Room prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of reservation. All price quotes are subject to change. Client shall agree to pay such increased prices and accept reasonable substitutions.
CSULB Support Services must certify PACC events prior to confirmation. Therefore, it is imperative to make reservations at least 30 days in advance. All attempts will be made to schedule "late requests", however, no guarantees are granted.

Deposits and Invoicing

Internal clients must provide chartfields for billing purposes. Any damage, beyond usual wear and tear, will be billed to the client. Completed paperwork must be submitted 10 business days prior to the event, or as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the event.

External clients must submit request a minimum of 30 days in advance. Proper insurance documents and payment will be required 10 days prior to the event, or as outlined in the Facility Use Agreement. Failure to provide proper insurance documents and full payment may result in cancellation of the event. Additionally, external clients may be required to submit a refundable deposit fee for damage and unanticipated charges (i.e. more parking permits needed).

Cancellations/Refunds

Shall unforeseen circumstances occur which may require an event to be cancelled by the facility or client, deposits will be refunded at the discretion of the General Manager of Parking and Transportation Services. The Pyramid Annex Conference Center will not be liable for costs incurred by client should a cancellation occur by either party. Cancellations must be requested in writing.
