The following crimes have been reported to the University Police Department. The Police are seeking additional information that may be helpful in solving these cases.

SEXUAL BATTERY

Composite Image of SuspectAt about 12:45 P.M. on October 14, 2003 a female student was assaulted by a male suspect in the area of Liberal Arts # 1 and Liberal Arts #2. The female was walking through the corridor when she was confronted by a male suspect. He began talking with her then held her against her will against a wall and fondled her breast. The suspect was described as a male middle eastern in his 40's, about 5'9" with a heavy build wearing a dark blue button shirt, dark polyester pants, and black tennis type shoes. The suspect had a large amount of facial hair with hair in his ears and nose. He has dark skin and dark hair.

We have reason to believe that there may have been people in the area during the time of this incident we are asking you to come forward and provide any additional information.
