On Wednesday, April 19, 2006 , at about 5:00 pm , a female subject was assaulted while walking though parking lot #16. The unidentified subject is described as: male; African American; dark skin toned; about 5’05”; approximately 20-25 years old; wearing black, wire-rimmed, reading type glasses; black, hooded sweatshirt; black pants; white running shoes; a small, white, face towel hanging out of his left-side waist, and carrying an old, white paper back book.
An additional female reported a suspicious subject matching the description which was seen following her near the area of CBA and the Parking structure. When officers arrived the subject had fled the area. The second female provided the similar description.
