Crime Alert

On Saturday, October 21, 2006 between 2:00 and 2:30 in the morning a female student was grabbed from behind while walking southbound on Earl Warren Drive just north of the Japanese Garden.  The suspect forced the victim towards the pathway adjacent to the flood control, forced her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.  When the attack was completed the suspect ran westbound from the area and out of sight.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION

Suspect described as a Male, tanned to light brown skin tone, dark eyes

Height: 6’00”+ Weight: “Pudgy Build”

Clothing description: Black beanie / ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, baggie blue denim jeans, heavy type boots, and black belt with heavy metal type buckle with silver studs on belt.
